In the vast expanse of human experience, what could be more fundamental, more achingly essential than our yearning for love?

We move through life like planets in orbit, always circling around or towards this gravitational center of connection, love.

It is a primal need to be truly seen and held in another’s understnding.

It’s so peculiar really that we spend our lives in search of something that resides so deeply within us.

Even in our quietest moments, when the world falls away and we’re left with nothing but the echo of our own heartbeats, isn’t it always love that we’re listening for, reaching for?

And I’m not just talking about romantic love, but all its infinite variations — the soft whispers of understanding between strangers, the fiercely guarded protection of a parent, the steady warmth of friendship.

The joy, delight and pleasure I get through working and co-creating, co-conversating and learning from the likes of very wise souls like Paul Zolman is putting it mildly.
