Imagine a world in which everyone we encountered embodied a state of metta. How would our world look?

What Is Metta?

Metta is a Pali word from the Buddhist traditon that means “Loving Kindness.”

It refers to the qualities of benevolence, goodwill, and unconditional love. It is not only a practice to embody this state of mind, but also entails the art of focusing on cultivating feelings of love and compassion towards ourselves and others.
