It was in Landmark that I learned a new way of being.
It’s so interesting how perspective changes everything. So the premise of Landmark is that we are not living fully.
We are not fully aware or awake so to speak. We are not having authentic exchanges and we are carrying baggage from our childhood that shapes us and we don’t even realize it.
